Fotoreporter francese e fotografa di guerra, documentò le crudeltà della guerra del Vietnam su entrambi i fronti. Prese parte a numerose operazioni inclusa "Junction City" ove si lanciò col paracadute insieme alla 173^ Divisione Aviotrasportata. I suoi servizi fotografici furono pubblicati dalla rivista LIFE. Lavorò per diverse agenzie, incluse United Press International, Associated Press, Sipa Press e Gamma.
